• The monthly Booster Club Meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm. After the Pledge of Allegiance, a moment of silence was held for Past Membership Chairperson Joan Dunleavy. Roll call was taken. All officers were present,

• The minutes of the October 16, 2024 meeting were read. A motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Paula Zuppe and seconded by Paul Samson. Motion passed.

• The Treasurer's Report was read by Judy Fitzgerald. A motion to accept the Treasurer's Reports as read was made by Joyce King and seconded by Scott Neidhammer. Motion passed.

• We thanked member Steve Mance for the many items he donated to be used as raffle prizes.

• Judy gave us a report on the Annual Dinner, stating that we made a profit of $908.00. Everyone was pleased with the venue and especially the food. We thanked all who helped make this event a success.

• We thanked members for the food donations for the WaveCREST Shelter. Greg Wyatt from WPSL accepted our toy donations for the Christmas Kids. Besides the toys, they also provide swimming lessons and back-to-school clothes for the needy children in the county.

• The Road Trip to Palm Beach for the 6:05 pm Mets vs Nationals game on March 15th will cost $35.00 per ticket. The Bus Trip to the Mets vs Marlins game on April 1st will cost $90.00 for members and $95.00 for non-members. The bus will leave from Clover Park at 2:30 pm for the 6:40 pm game. The Spring Gathering cost is $30.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members and will be at Duffy’s from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 9th.

• Remember to pay your dues by the January 20th meeting in order to have your name in the Spring Training Program. You can pay directly from the Membership tab on our website.

• Jim thanked those who helped get items signed during Fantasy Camp. Many will be used for the February/March meeting raffles.

• We will have a Pizza Party beginning at 6:00 pm before the December meeting. We will also be

collecting warm coats, jackets and sweaters for those serviced by the Salvation Army locally. We will give you 5 raffle tickets for the Spring Gathering for each item donated. We will also raffle 10

bobbleheads at the meeting.

• Please see Wilma Osterhoudt if you want to purchase an Enjoyment Book. They cost $35.00 each.

• Club members have been asked to help with the Treasure Coast Food Bank Thanksgiving food

distribution at Clover Park on Monday, November 25th. An email with the details will be sent to local members.

• The name called for the 50/50 was Alan Mathison, who was not present and won 50% of the pot.

• A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Frank Lange and seconded by Doug Weiss. The meeting was adjourned at 7:47 pm.

The purpose of this organization is to provide support to the New York and St. Lucie Mets organizations, to provide an avenue for indigent and abused children to attend baseball games and to financially support local organizations who help indigent and abused children. The club shall be an informal, family oriented, social organization for the enjoyment of its membership as its priority, Chartered by the State of Florida.
