The monthly Booster Club Meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m. After the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was taken. All Officers were present.


The minutes of the January 18, 2021 meeting were read. A motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Jim Tourville and seconded by Betty Brennan. Motion passed.


The Treasurer's Report was read by Judy Fitzgerald. A motion to accept the Treasurer's Report as read was made by Joyce King and seconded by Jim Tourville. Motion passed.


Tonight is the last night to renew your membership and have your name listed in the Spring Training program, which will only be available online. You have until the March meeting to renew and have your membership valid through December 2022. After that you will be removed from the active membership list.


Raffle tickets are being sold tonight and at the March meeting, after which the drawing will take place. Entry forms are also in the newsletter and on our website.


Spring Training tickets go on sale tomorrow to Season Ticket holders, but capacity is limited to 20%, which is 1400 tickets, and there are limits per person. The general public can buy tickets starting on Saturday, February 20th.


The March 9th meeting will be held at the catering hall at the Spring Hill Suites, 2000 NW Courtyard Circle, Port St Lucie FL 34986. We will also be on Zoom with meeting id 743 7463 8382 and pass code Mets 2021.


Wilma Osterhoudt has enjoyment books for sale, benefiting her church.


The Bus Trip to Miami on May 22nd is still pending and depends on ticket availability and interest.


The name called for the 50/50 was Richard Holliday, who was not present and won 50% of the pot.


A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Jim Tourville and seconded by Morgan Fitzgerald. The meeting was adjourned at 7:29 p.m.

The purpose of this organization is to provide support to the New York and St. Lucie Mets organizations, to provide an avenue for indigent and abused children to attend baseball games and to financially support local organizations who help indigent and abused children. The club shall be an informal, family oriented, social organization for the enjoyment of its membership as its priority, Chartered by the State of Florida.
