• The monthly Booster Club Meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. After the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was taken. All Officers were present, with President Jim Fertitta and Treasurer Judy Fitzgerald attending via Zoom.

• The minutes of the July 19, 2021 meeting were read. A motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Paul Samson and seconded by Joyce King. Motion passed.

• The Treasurer's Report was read by Dora Licastri. A motion to accept the Treasurer's Report as read was made by Paul Zuppe and seconded by Joyce King. Motion passed.

• The Annual Dinner will be on Saturday, November 6, 2021. Please let Dora know if you will be attending.

• Since the Mets and Marlins play in Miami on three weekends next year, we are planning bus trips for Saturday, June 25, Saturday July 3 and Saturday Sept 10. We will advise you on the pricing at a later date.

• The St. Lucie Mets are holding a Boo Bash to benefit the Boys and Girls Club. The Board has decided to be a sponsor at a cost of $300.00. We will need volunteers to hand out candy during the game on Saturday, August 28. Pat Urso will email the local members with further information.

• Two teams of interest have made it to the Little League World Series, to be held from August 19 through 29. We will be rooting for Martin County North and Toms River East.

• We received a thank you letter for our donation to Project Lifesavers Inc. Bill Zuppe expressed his appreciation for the condolences at the loss of his nephew Tyler.

• The name called for the 50/50 was Richard Talbot, who was not present and won 50% of the pot.

• A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Susan Samson and seconded by Bill Zuppe. The meeting was adjourned at 7:19p.m.

The purpose of this organization is to provide support to the New York and St. Lucie Mets organizations, to provide an avenue for indigent and abused children to attend baseball games and to financially support local organizations who help indigent and abused children. The club shall be an informal, family oriented, social organization for the enjoyment of its membership as its priority, Chartered by the State of Florida.
