• The monthly Booster Club Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. After the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was taken. All Officers were present.

• The minutes of the September 20, 2021 meeting were read. A motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Ed Laminsky and seconded by Pail Samson. Motion passed.

• The Treasurer's Report was read by Judy Fitzgerald. A motion to accept the Treasurer's Report as read was made by Susan Samson and seconded by Joyce King. Motion passed.

• At the November 15th meeting, we will again be conducting our Toy Drive for the WPSL Christmas Kids and Food Drive for the Children's Home Society Wavecrest Shelter. The Board recommends spending $250.00 toward additional donations for each organization. A motion to spend those amounts was made by Ken Osterhoudt and seconded by Ed Laminsky. Motion passed. Jim and Susan Fertitta will shop for the toys and Mary Peck will shop for the food, including extras for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

• We will have our election for Officers at the December 13th meeting. Any member in good standing, at least 18 years old, who has attending four meetings during the year (either in person or via Zoom), is eligible to run. A letter of intent must be submitted and read at the November meeting.

• We have finalized the plans for the Annual Dinner and it will be held in the Conference Room at Clover Park, with the Mets catering staff providing the food. The event will be begin at 6:00 p.m., with the appetizers being served in the Locker Room. If you have not already done so, please reserve you place, with payment of $40.00 per person, as soon as possible. We have donation request letters available if you would like to solicit prizes from any local businesses you patronize.

• We plan to have a Pizza Party and tour of the Stadium after the meeting on December 13th.

•Asa reminder, current memberships have been extended through 2022. If you are participating in the monthly 50/50 drawing, you should send in your payment for next year.

• The back fields should be open for Fantasy Camp, being held November 1-5 and 8-12.

• Wilma Osterhoudt has Enjoyment Books for sale at $35.00 each, with proceeds benefiting Faith Congregational Church.

• The name called for the 50/50 was Jeff Cohen, who was not present and won 50% of the pot.

• A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Ellen Aloise and seconded by Wilma Osterhoudt. The meeting was adjourned at 7:28 p.m.

The purpose of this organization is to provide support to the New York and St. Lucie Mets organizations, to provide an avenue for indigent and abused children to attend baseball games and to financially support local organizations who help indigent and abused children. The club shall be an informal, family oriented, social organization for the enjoyment of its membership as its priority, Chartered by the State of Florida.
