• The monthly Booster Club Meeting was called to order at 7:12 p.m. After the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was taken. All Officers were present.

• The minutes of the November 14, 2022, meeting were read. A motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Joyce King and seconded by Douglas Weiss. Motion passed.

• The Treasurer’s Report was read by Judy Fitzgerald. A motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report as read was made by Sue Samson and seconded by Douglas Weiss. Motion passed.

• Annual membership dues should be paid no later than the January 16, 2023, meeting, to have your name listed in our ad in the Spring Training Program.

• The bus for the opening day game in Miami on March 30th has been filled. There are still seats available for the bus on Saturday, April 1st at a cost of $80.00 for members and $85.00 for non-members. We have 30 tickets to the Mets vs Nationals game in West Palm Beach on Saturday,

March 11th at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $35.00 for members and $40.00 for non-members.

• The Spring Gathering is on Saturday, March 4th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Jim Beam Bourbon Bar in the stadium. The cost is $40.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members. If you wear a Mets shirt, you will receive 3 free raffle tickets. Payment should be made by the

February 13th meeting.

• The February and March meetings will be held at Baron Real Estate, 8555 Commerce Centre Dr, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986, in the St. Lucie Mets Convention Center.

• Vice President Dora Licastri announced that she and Larry will be moving to Colorado soon, and that she will resign her position on the Board as of the January meeting. The Board will appoint her replacement at that time.

• We received a thank you letter for our donation from the Port St. Lucie Police and a card from the Boys and Girls Club. We thanked the Friello family for a $100.00 donation which was used towards our annual charitable gifts.

• Membership Chairperson Mary Ann Jones welcomed new members Robert Gucciardo, Ed Mellage, Rich Daisy, Paul Mosca, Patricia Steinmetz, Darcy Leihgeber, Michelle Horvath, Ed and Carol Harty, Barbara Faulkner, Gerhard Stoetzel, James LaFleur, Arthur III, Melissa, Dominick and

Vincent Homan and Michael Gregoretti.

• The name called for the 50/50 was Susan Fertitta, who was present and won 75% of the pot.

• A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Lynn Skell and seconded by Richie Springman. The meeting was adjourned at 7:43 p.m.

The purpose of this organization is to provide support to the New York and St. Lucie Mets organizations, to provide an avenue for indigent and abused children to attend baseball games and to financially support local organizations who help indigent and abused children. The club shall be an informal, family oriented, social organization for the enjoyment of its membership as its priority, Chartered by the State of Florida.
