• The monthly Booster Club Meeting was called to order at 7:07 pm. After the Pledge of Allegiance, a moment of silence was held for Bud Harrelson and Ken McKenzie. Roll call was taken. All Officers were present, with Mary Ann Jones attending via Zoom.

• The minutes of the December 11, 2023 meeting were read. A motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Roger Willis and seconded by Joyce King. Motion passed.

• The Treasurer's Reports for January and February were read by Judy Fitzgerald. A motion to accept the Treasurer's Reports as read was made by Susan Samson and seconded by Joyce King. Motion passed.

• Jim worked hard to get the tickets for the Tampa games in May. If you are attending, please check with him or Judy to see how much you owe. He will also verify the hotel reservations.

• Our Spring Gathering on March 9 will be held at Duffy’s from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The cost is $30.00 per person with fixed meal choices, soft drinks included. You are on your own for any extras you order. Remember to wear a Mets shirt to receive three free raffle tickets.

• Today was the first day of full team workouts. The back fields are open to the public. Kasey Blair let us know that the luxury suites have been renovated and that there are now 855 Silver Slugger members.

• We have 10 prizes for the raffle that begins tonight, with the drawing to be held next month.

• Enjoyment Books can be purchased from Wilma Osterhoudt for $35.00 each.

• We have five tickets left for the road game to Palm Beach on March 16 for $35.00 each.

• We welcomed new members Howard Ritzer, Robert Grant and the Croke Family.

• Please remember that the next meeting is on Tuesday, March 12 at the Holiday Inn Express across from Duffy’s.

• The name called for the 50/50 was Elizabeth Moore who was not present and won 50% of the pot.

• A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by John Gregorovic and seconded by Stephen LaBargo. The meeting was adjourned at 7:37 pm.

The purpose of this organization is to provide support to the New York and St. Lucie Mets organizations, to provide an avenue for indigent and abused children to attend baseball games and to financially support local organizations who help indigent and abused children. The club shall be an informal, family oriented, social organization for the enjoyment of its membership as its priority, Chartered by the State of Florida.
