Dear Mets Booster Club Members,

Out for the season! Not a player, but me. On August 2nd, I slipped and fell and could not get up due to the pain in my left leg. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital and had surgery to repair a broken femur. After rehab, I will be home and off my feet for 6-8 weeks.

Just a reminder to send in your checks for our Annual Dinner being held at Tutto Fresco on November 9th.

We are starting a list to see how many want to attend the Mets vs. Marlins game in Miami on April 1st. It should be a night game and we will try to keep the cost at $90.00, depending on the price of tickets and the bus. We won’t collect any money until we fill the bus.
